Freedom Fast is a free fasting tracker. All your data stays on your device — no account, no servers. Optional tips support development but unlock nothing. The app provides general wellness tools, not medical advice. Use it freely, respect the app, and consult a doctor before starting any fasting regimen.
By downloading, installing, or using Freedom Fast ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users of the App on any platform (iOS, Android).
Freedom Fast is a mobile application that helps you track intermittent fasting. The App provides:
Freedom Fast does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or share any personal information. All data you enter into the App is stored locally on your device using on-device storage (AsyncStorage).
Because there is no account or cloud storage, we cannot recover your data if you uninstall the App or clear its data. You are solely responsible for backing up your device if you wish to preserve your data.
Freedom Fast is free to use with all features available to every user. The App offers optional one-time tips ("Buy me a coffee", "Buy me a meal", "You're amazing") as a way to support ongoing development.
Tips are voluntary, do not unlock any additional features or content, and are non-refundable. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Pricing is displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. If pricing cannot be retrieved from the store, static fallback prices are shown.
Freedom Fast is a general wellness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The biological fasting stage information presented in the App is based on published research but is provided for educational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a history of eating disorders. You use this App and any fasting protocol entirely at your own risk.
All content in Freedom Fast — including but not limited to the design, code, graphics, icons, text, and the "Freedom Fast" name and branding — is the property of Sef Def Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without prior written permission.
You agree not to:
Freedom Fast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fasting stage timing or health-related information presented in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sef Def Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
Continued use of Freedom Fast after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
